Leading and managing change

  • Who is it for?

Change, in its various forms, is now the norm within Oxford Brookes. This workshop provides an opportunity for managers to take time out to consider how they can best prepare and support their people through those changes.

This workshop uses and builds upon the ACAS How to manage change booklet which is packed with sound practical advice to assist managers in engaging and supporting their people through change.

This workshop was originally part of the ILM endorsed Brookes Leadership Programme and has now been made generally available to managers.

    Workshop aim

To provide managers with the skills, knowledge and confidence to facilitate change within your area.
