Oxford Brookes University has won a Good Dairy Award from leading farm animal welfare charity, Compassion in World Farming, for the sourcing of the food provided by Chartwells’ catering team. Last year over 31,000 litres of organic milk were purchased for Oxford Brookes, improving the lives of 120 dairy cows as a result.
