Environment and ethics

Oxford Brookes is committed to being an environmentally sustainable and ethically responsible place to study and work, and has pioneered developments which have now been adopted by many other institutions and organisations.

The university is well known for its academic work on sustainable development and environmental protection, and we feel it is important to set an example in our operations as well. As part of this endeavour, Brookes was chosen to pilot a scheme with the Carbon Trust to calculate and reduce our carbon emissions.
