Bryan Leonard Hart

After beginning his career as a Research Engineer with Marconi, and continuing for a spell as a semiconductor engineer, Bryan Hart turned to academia in the mid-1960s. His first lecturing role was at West Ham College. From there he moved to the University of East London where he became Head of Electronics. Now retired from teaching, Bryan continues to work with the Department of Electronic Engineering at Oxford Brookes, where he has co-supervised, to successful completion, five doctoral students and is currently co-supervising another doctoral candidate. Bryan was awarded a PhD by Oxford Brookes in 2008 following the submission of a thesis based on published work.
