David Piggott has been a partner in the property company Chesterton since the early 1970s. An authority on the use of land for both residential and commercial purposes, his role since 1991 has been that of Director of Planning and Development in London. Throughout the 1990s David also supervised Chesterton’s graduate recruitment and career development programme.
