Dr Geetha Narayanan

Dr Geetha Narayanan is an educator and institution builder and played a major role in setting up the Mallya Aditi International School in Bangalore, which celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2010.

Following an MA in International Education at Oxford Brookes in 1996, she worked with the university on developing the Diploma in Professional Studies in Education (DIPSE) which attracts teachers from international schools across South India to Mallya Aditi. In addition Geetha has sent 15 teachers to Brookes to study for an MA in Education.

Her deep interest in education, art, design and technology also led her and the Ujwal Trust to launch the Srishti School of Art and Design in Bangalore in 1996, which takes a very open approach to experimentalism and international projects.
