Francis Mackay is Chairman of Carlton Partners LLP, a private merchant bank. From Oct 06 until Dec 08 he was also Chairman of ISS. In July 2007 he founded Graysons Restaurants, a new foodservice company.
Previously he was Chairman of Compass Group PLC until June 2006 and Chairman of Kingfisher PLC for four and a half years until May 2006.
