Johann Brummer

Johann Brummer is the former Head of the Damelin Education Group, South Africa, the largest and longest-standing private educator in the southern hemisphere. After joining the then Damelin High School in 1955, Johann went on to acquire the sobriquet 'Mr Damelin', while the Group came to symbolise equal educational opportunities for all communities. In 1968 Johann founded the Damelin Management School.

Now retired, he is living in Sydney, Australia.
