John Neill became Group Chief Executive of the Unipart Group of Companies in 1987. In the same year he led the management buy-out of the division from British Leyland, and began the process of changing the existing culture and the whole philosophy on which the business was run. He is a non Executive Director of Charter International plc and Rolls-Royce plc and was formerly a Director of the Court of the Bank of England.
John was appointed Prince’s Ambassador for the South East for 2009 by HRH The Prince of Wales.
