A genuine leader of people, Kurt Ritter is admired throughout the hospitality industry. He was born in Switzerland, where he learnt the meaning of attentive service as a child growing up in his parents’ hotel. Having graduated from the prestigious Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, he progressed to become President and CEO of the company now known as Rezidor SAS Hospitality, which has more than 350 hotels in 55 countries worldwide.
