Professor Lee Ngok

Lee Ngok is Executive Director of the Vocational Training Council (VTC), the largest vocational education and training organisation in Hong Kong, providing training to over 120,000 people annually. Prior to joining VTC, Lee was Pro-Vice Chancellor at the University of Southern Queensland. He also spent many years at the University of Hong Kong, where he was founding Director of the School of Professional and Continuing Education.
