Michael is General Secretary of the General Federation of Trade Unions Educational Trust, which works to provide high quality trade union education and training for working people.
He is a keen supporter of a collaboration between the trade union movement and our Business School which has led to a number of successful joint projects.
Michael Bradley’s 30 years as a trade unionist also included a spell as research officer for the Transport and General Workers Union and ten years with the National Union of Local and Metal Workers, five of those as general secretary. He was awarded an MBE in 2000.
