Mike Sinclair was until recently Head of Building Programmes with Royal Mail Property Holdings, responsible for the Royal Mail Group’s capital and maintenance building programmes throughout the UK. A building surveyor since 1976, and a frequent writer on construction-related topics, Mike is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
