Peter Clegg

Peter Clegg is a senior partner with Feilden Clegg Bradley Architects, having established the practice in 1978. Educated at Cambridge and Yale, he is a visiting professor at the University of Bath. He has more than 25 years' experience in low energy architecture, ranging from the headquarters of Greenpeace to the recent highly sustainable Central Office for the National Trust.

Peter is actively involved in research and environmental design. He has taught and published on both sides of the Atlantic and holds visiting professorships at Bath and Nottingham Universities.

He was partner in charge of the visitor centres and galleries for the Yorkshire Sculpture Park. He is currently working on a new art gallery in Cyprus for the Leventis Foundation and is Masterplanning architect for the University of Bristol. The work of his practice was recognised by the award of the Stirling Prize in 2008 for the Accordia housing scheme in Cambridge. The practice's environmental record has been chronicled in "Feilden Clegg Bradley: The Environmental Handbook" published 2007.
