Richard Frost

Richard Frost is co-founder of the international disability charity Motivation. He is an alumnus of Oxford Brookes having come here in 1983 to study Hotel and Catering Management and Accountancy and Finance. After working for PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Richard joined fellow Brookes graduate David Constantine to co-found Motivation: the only international aid organisation that provides suitable wheelchairs for poor countries. Richard’s vision and business-like approach has been the key to the success of Motivation. He has managed their programmes in Bangladesh, Poland, Romania, Indonesia, Russia and Sri Lanka, and he is directly involved in the organisation’s policy, planning and development, and devising their operational procedures and practices.
