Bob Campbell is Senior Publisher at Wiley-Blackwell . He is also Chairman of the International Network for the Availability of Scientific Publications (INASP), the Publishing Research Consortium (PRC) and CrossRef. A member of the advisory committee of Oxford Brookes' publishing course, he is also the author of three books on publishing and many articles, as well as being a regular voice representing the views of commercial publishers in the open access debate.
