Rudi Schollaert is a highly experienced teacher who has become a leader in professional practice development, working through a range of European Union-funded projects from his base as the Director of the Continuing Professional Development and International Relations Department of Vlaams Secretariaat van het Katholiek Onderwijs (VSKO) in Belgium. Widely published, Rudi is also a frequent guest lecturer, conference speaker and adviser to the European Commission.
