Stuart Parker is joint-founder and current Director of the International Development Projects Office of the Oxford Centre for Sustainable Development (CENDEP) at Oxford Brookes University. He is also Principal of Stuart Parker Associates, the consultancy practice he founded in 1993. Stuart has been involved with Oxford Brookes since 1986, initially undertaking tutoring and research within the School of Architecture where he was also a member of the original CENDEP team.
