Indian Express features top Brookes academic
Oxford Brookes Pro-Vice Chancellor for external affairs, Professor John Raftery, recently visited Chandigarh College of Architecture in India to give a lecture on sustainable buildings.
Entitled ‘architecture and planning for a low carbon world’, Professor Raftery discussed ways of reducing carbon emissions and other ways we can reduce our impact on the environment.

Professor Raftery is visiting 8 top Schools of Architecture in India as part of a lecture tour to share the positive research taking place in Oxford Brookes School of Built Environment on how architecture can shape a lower carbon footprint future.
The Schools include IIT Roorkee, Chandigarh College of Architecture, Chandigarh School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), New Delhi and Sir JJ College of Architecture, Mumbai.
