Girls surfingDr Williams extends the strategic marketing process to address the needs of those in whose hands ‘customer relationships’ lie, the workforce. Up to 40% of the potential return on marketing spend is lost when would-be customers come face to face with the organisation.

Dr Williams will be presenting her Workplace Marketing ™ methodology which has been developed in concert with over 200 companies worldwide. She will be drawing on her experience which includes leading three companies through the struggle for survival and returning them to profitable growth.

 Dr Juliet Williams is a Management Consultant. She has 34 years experience as a Chief Executive and received an Honorary Doctorate from Oxford Brookes in 2005.
