  • The Strategic and Business Planning Office, led by Roger Grew, provides market research, analysis and information from a range of internal and external sources. The information is primarily for institutional planning and strategy development.

    Current activities of the team include providing data, analysis, advice and support for course portfolio review and strategic planning, primary and secondary market research, and ad hoc reports on specific topics. The team also oversees development and roll-out of the university’s academic performance tracking tool.
