Aims
People
- To achieve IIP accreditation
- To lead, direct, manage and support the Campus Services team, by investing in learning and development to enable the team to work more effectively
- To communicate with all of the team on a regular basis, informing them of changes in legislation, policy and procedures
Quality
- Use service level agreements, performance indicators, benchmarking and legislation to help develop and deliver high quality services to all our customers.
- To support the University in the development of the Masterplan and Space to Think projects by providing detailed specifications for internal and external services
Promotion
- To develop ways of monitoring and recording achievement in service delivery
- To raise the profile of Campus Services with all customers and to encourage cross-divisional communication
Innovation
- To actively research and promote new methods of working and implementing improvements in new technology appropriate to service delivery
Finance
- To deliver services in line with agreed budgets and to offer value for money
Environment
- To promote and increase the level of recycling across all University campuses.
