Help desk
Overview
The help desk is available to log all maintenance queries through so that repairs and requests can be acted upon. In addition we produce quotes and progress updates. Last year the help desk handled the completion of in excess of 16,000 jobs.
Help desk responsibilities
The help desk team are responsible for the following;
professionally processing your requests- assigning request priorities
- accurate information to the maintenance and project teams
- providing meaningful feedback to you, our customer
- generating specific reports
Opening hours
The helpdesk is open;
Monday -Thursday 8.00am - 4.30pm
Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm
Saturday/Sunday Closed - Emergency calls only
