What the Capital Team offers the University
The role of the Capital Team is a mix of strategic and operational;

• creating concepts and feasibilities,

• business and Masterplanning strategies
• planning,
• development,
• commissioning and execution of a large number and complicated capital projects.

The Capital Team strives to serve the university within the wider community, through partnerships with local statutory and planning bodies and organisations and by affiliations with national organisations that promote excellence within the built environment (RIBA, CIBSE, ASA, BRE, etc).
