Foundation pathway scholarships
Two scholarships worth up to £2,000 are available in each academic year for our foundation pathway.
Scholarships are awarded on the basis of a competitive essay. Your course application documents and references will also be taken into consideration when making this award.
How do I apply?
You can apply for the scholarship if you have an unconditional offer for a place on the course.
Please tell us if you wish to apply for the scholarship when sending us your application form. We will then send you the scholarship application form, which will provide details of the questions you need to answer.
We must receive your scholarship application form, completed essay and supporting reference by 2pm on the following dates:
- September 2011 entry: 31 August 2011
How will I know if I have got a scholarship?
All the applications will be shortlisted after the submission deadline. You may be invited to submit a second competitive essay, completed under examination conditions, during your induction week. If you have been successful we will inform you during your first week of teaching.
The scholarship will be credited to the tuition fee cost for your second semester, based on satisfactory completion of the first semester.
