Are you an Exchange or International Study Abroad student?

If you are coming for one semester...
You will automatically be allocated a room in one of our halls of residence and will receive your tenancy agreement one month before your arrival.
Most single semester students will be allocated to non-ensuite self-catering single rooms close to the Headington Campus, such as those in Clive Booth Student Village.

If you are coming for two semesters...
You will need to apply directly to the Accommodation Office as you will not be allocated a room automatically. You should apply online using the password that will be sent to you once you have accepted your offer from the university. More about our halls of residence.
Are you an European Study Abroad (EU Associate) student?
You will need to apply directly to the Accommodation Office as you will not be allocated a room automatically.
- If you are coming to Brookes for a full year...
You will be sent a letter from our Admissions Office which will enable you to apply online. - If you are coming to Brookes for one semester only...
Please contact the Accommodation Office who will provide you with a form.
