Help is at hand with the library skills tutorials.
Go to the Brookes Virtual Gateway and follow the Self Registration courses link; login to PIP and register for the Library Skills Tutorials, then return to the Brookes Virtual Gateway and log in to the VLE. You can then access support in your own time, at your own pace. The tutorials are not assessed, but include examples and quizzes to help you check what you have learnt.
Some subject areas, such as Biomedical Sciences, Business, and Health and Social Care, have their own subject-specific Brookes Virtual library skills tutorials, and you can find information about these on their Subject Help pages.
