    Euromonitor is a global market information database and contains a report called Global Tobacco: Will Legislation Kill the Industry? and many others.
    For journal articles, try a search like smoking and Britain and (ban or legislation) on any of the following databases. NB There are many other search terms you could try, for example "smoking policy" .
