Arrivals weekend
Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 January
The majority of students will be arriving in halls over the arrivals weekend. Before you arrive, the Accommodation office will send you details about arrival times and collecting your keys. Before arriving please check your specific hall of residence booklet to see what you need to bring with you.
When you arrive at your halls, staff will be available to answer your questions, and if you are based on Headington Campus you can also visit the student information desk. If you are based on the Harcourt or Wheatley Campus, information will be available from main reception.

Located in the main foyer, Gipsy Lane site, Headington Campus. The reception desk can help with questions about our Headington, Harcourt and Wheatley campuses.
Opening times: 10.00 - 17.00.

Student information desk
