Your Personal Information Portal
Before you arrive at Brookes you will be sent a password for the applicant section of your Personal Information Portal (PIP) where you can complete on line enrolment for your course and pay your fees. Please see the Pre-arrival registration checklist for more details.
Access to all the facilities on PIP is only available to you once you have completed face to face enrolment at the university. You will be able to access your timetable on Tuesday 24th January once this process is complete.
Once you are fully enrolled (and have shown the appropriate identification ) you will be given a new PIP password which will allow you to access your timetable , personal details , amend your address, emergency contact and mobile phone details, request attendance/council tax exemption certificates, and register for your graduation ceremony. You will also be able to view:
- your record (how you are doing, including marks and grades at the end of each semester)
- your examination timetable (when and where your exams will be taking place)
Timetables
Once you have received your new password you will need to print off your timetable and check your record to make sure you have all the modules you need allocated to your programme. If you have any queries about your timetable please come and see us at the student information desk in the main foyer of Gipsy Lane.
Your new PIP password will also allow you access to:
- the Brookes Intranet, from anywhere in the world
- your Google email account
- HallNet – internet access from study bedrooms to academic and personal directories, web and email
- Eduroam - the university’s wireless service
- the university's pooled computer rooms.
