Dr. Roy Woodhead
Roy has an extensive knowledge of Value Management and the Pre-project stage of Capital Proposals. This blend of creative thinking and group work is used with a Value Programme to identify what value means to the group members and then moves towards how a vision of value can be delivered so that the wider stakeholders also acknowledge improvement.
Roy currently heads up the Technology Management unit inside Oxford Brookes' School of Technology. Here he has applied VE and Function Analysis in a number of companies in Sweden, Denmark and the USA to develop New Products and shorten Development cycle time.
