The second annual coaching and mentoring research conference will be held at Oxford Brookes University on Friday 7th April 2006. This one day conference will be of interest to all students and practitioners of coaching and mentoring with an interest in research and how research in this growing field is developing.

Our Keynote speakers are Prof David Clutterbuck and Dr Alex Linley. Prof David Clutterbuck is a senior partner in Clutterbuck Associates, Europe’s leading provider of mentoring programmes. Having authored over 40 books, he is a prolific speaker and writer on people development and on strategic business processes. Dr Alex Linley is a lecturer in Psychology at Leicester University. He is a leading advocate of positive psychology, and edited the book Positive Psychology in Practice. Dr Linley’s research is based on the applications of positive psychology, specifically including coaching and psychological strengths.
