Appeals, Complaints and Conduct Office
The Appeals, Complaints and Conduct Office is responsible for overseeing and advising students and staff on:
- The examinations review and appeal process
- The student complaint process
- The student conduct process
Students seeking advice in any of these areas should first follow the relevant link on the left. The Appeals, Conduct and Complaints Office can give advice on any remaining queries about the procedures involved. It cannot advise students whether they have a case or how they can best present it; advice on these issues should be sought from the Student Union Advice Centre.
The Appeals, Conduct and Complaints Office is located in the Clerici Building on the Gipsy Lane campus. From the main entrance go across the foyer and up the main stairs to the first floor. Turn right and follow the corridor past the Student Administration Office and the Academic Policy and Quality Unit, the office will be found at the end of that corridor.
