Planning your day

Below is a suggested itinerary. All times (apart from the ceremony start time) are approximate and should be used as a guide only unless otherwise stated.

Photographers and other vendors will be available both before and after each ceremony, including a variety of catering facilities. See Graduation Checklist for details.

Suggested itineraries

9am	1pm	4pm	doors open
9.30am	1.30pm	4.30pm	graduates must now be seated in Main Hall (graduates must take their ticket with them to their seat) guests must now be seated
10am	2pm	5pm	ceremony begins (approx. 1hour long)
11am-12noon	3-4pm	6.30-7pm	graduation reception

The graduation ceremony is held in the Main Hall on Headington Campus, Gipsy Lane site. The live video link rooms are located near to the Main Hall on the same site:

• Live Video Link Theatre: (behind the main reception)
• Family Room with live video link: SG01

You must be seated (seat number on Graduate ticket) half an hour before the ceremony begins. This is to ensure that the ushers can brief all graduates and check for absentees.
