What arrangements are there for children?

We do not accommodate children younger than five years old in the Main Hall. Children under five years wishing to attend will be accommodated in the Family Room, however their is very limited space so places must be requested in advance via the Extra Guest Ticket Form. All children must be accompanied by an adult. (See also Children on campus)

When will I get my award certificate?

Your award certificate will be sent to your home address (as recorded on the university’s student information system) within 3 months of the date that the award was conferred (ie the examination committee date).

You should ensure that your HOME address information is up to date by logging onto PIP or by contacting the Academic Management Office. Please note that award certificates are normally sent by recorded delivery and a signature will be required on delivery. You will need to act promptly if your award certificate is returned to your local postal depot as it will only be retained there for 5 – 7 days before it is returned to the university. Award certificates returned to the university will only be resent at your request, as we will need confirmation of your address.

If you have not received your award certificate after 4 months of your award date, you should contact certificates@brookes.ac.uk . See

www.brookes.ac.uk/go/certificates for more information on award certificates.
