You can purchase guest tickets for the following venues:

Main Hall

This is the hall in which the ceremony takes place. In order that all graduates are able to purchase guest tickets in the Main Hall, each graduate is limited to a maximum of two tickets.

Any tickets not pre-booked for the Main Hall will be made available for purchase on the day of your graduation ceremony. Guests already holding Live Video Link Theatre tickets may ‘upgrade’ their tickets by paying the price difference.

Please note that we are unable to admit children under the age of 5 years to the Main Hall.

Live Video Link Theatre

Additional guest seating is provided in this lecture theatre which seats up to 200 guests. Seating is tiered for a good view and your guests will be able to view the ceremony as it happens on a large screen.

Please note that we are unable to admit children under the age of 5 years to the Live Video Link Theatre.

Family Room

To accommodate guests bringing younger children (under 5 years old) we offer this ground floor space which can accommodate up to 35 guests and children. The space is flat and allows children to play or to sit and watch the ceremony at it happens on a screen. We provide a selection of toys, books and colouring materials to keep our younger guests entertained.

Please note that all children must be accompanied by an adult.

Ticket prices and deadlines

Tickets can be purchased in advance online until the following deadlines:

April ceremonies: Thursday 31 March 2011
June ceremonies: Monday 6 June 2011
September ceremonies: Friday 5 August 2011

Any remaining tickets after these dates will be made available for purchase on the day of your graduation ceremony (from 2 hours prior to the ceremony).
