Our Service
To manage the administration of students from enrolment through to completion of course; manage programmes for, and provide advice and support to staff and students on issues concerned with the Modular Programme; process and record information on courses on the University’s electronic Course and Student Information System (eCSIS); support staff and students in the use of eCSIS through the provision of training, guidance and advice; provide advice and guidance on and enforce regulations, policies and procedures; undertake statutory returns to external agencies and provide management and operational information to staff of the University; and monitor the quality of our services.

Location, Opening Times and Access
The Academic Management Office is situated on the first floor of the Clerici Building above the Main Foyer on the Headington Campus, Gipsy Lane site. The Office has a Customer Service counter which is open to all staff and students of the University between the hours of 9.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. During weeks 0 and 12 we are open until seven o'clock on a Tuesday The phone lines are open from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday (closing at 4.30pm on Friday)
Between weeks 2 and 12 we run drop in sessions at Wheatley and Harcourt Hill. We are at Harcourt 09:30 -12:00 Wednesdays in the Student Union Reception room and we are at Wheatley Fridays 09:30 to 12:00 in W.206.
The Customer Service Team have established a Customer Service Charter for the service that they provide.
