    2. Students expecting to graduate in May are normally invited to an award ceremony held in June. There will also be an award ceremony in September. You should make sure you read and respond to the information provided by the Conferment Office since failure to do so may mean you are not able to attend the ceremony.

    You must register for the award ceremony by the deadline date set by the Conferment Office. This can be done by ‘Online Graduation Registration’ in PIP. Anyone attempting to register after this date will be placed on a waiting list and cannot be guaranteed a place.
