The policy is aimed at ensuring that essential system maintenance is carried out with the least disruption to staff and services.

System maintenance calendars

The following spreadsheet shows the agreed At Risk periods. Please note that critical operating system or application updates which are essential for security or data integrity may be carried out immediately and outside an at risk period if the software supplier indicates that this is essential.

Scheduled downtime

The table below lists the confirmed downtime and which services are affected. Unless otherwise stated the affected service will be completely unavailable during the allotted time ('at risk' indicates that the service should be available but may have intermittent issues or become unavailable without notice). It's essential that we carry out this work and we will do our best to complete it within the stated time. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
