ISPs and sites denied access to Brookes

It is the policy at Oxford Brookes University to allow email to flow into the University without restriction except where a site appears on a list we are using to reject spam. In addition, we can block sites/site names/IP addresses/email addresses if we choose to do so; however there are currently no sites/ISPs that are blocked from sending mail to anyone at Brookes under our local control.
