Brookes eduroam wireless setup - root certificate

 

You will need to download and save the root certificate to a location which you can then add to either your device, specify in a configuration such a s wpa_supplicant.conf or point to via a graphical setup tool (such as NetworkManager).

You will need to obtain the root certificate before you attempt to join eduroam@brookes. If you do not have the certificate the connection will succeed but the connection will be unverified and potentially leave you at risk of passing your credentials to an untrusted network.
