Guidelines for induction of new employees

Providing induction training and supervising and monitoring progress.

Probation

Providing close supervision and guidance to a new employee.

Monitoring the level of performance (efficiency, attendance and conduct) throughout the probationary period.

Providing guidance, support and training where necessary.

Completing and returning all probation report forms to the Directorate of Human Resources within the required time.
