    • Advising employees about any issue
    • Advising management about policies, regulations, etc
  7. Return to work programmes - meet with individuals, line managers and HR to discuss return to work plan for an individual, plan programme of rehabilitation and meet with them during return process
  8. Sickness absence monitoring and follow-up. Contact people when they are off sick to offer support/follow-up
  9. First aid
    • Co-ordinate first aid training across sites
    • Provide stock for boxes
    • First aid training for appointed persons
