The concept is to outline the current portfolio of projects which have been approved by the Brookes Project Governance, enabling project sponsors of new proposals to align their business cases with current projects and factor in subsequent dependencies, risks and opportunities.
Regarding PRINCE2 (PRoject IN Controlled Environments) Oxford Brookes does not apply PRINCE2 to its projects. However we do receive a number of queries from staff curious to know a little more about this particular project methodology.
