Making it work

The Masterplan is being managed by the Capital Projects Team (Directorate of Estates & Facilities Management) and we are working very closely with them to ensure we create new spaces which meet our objectives.

The LR project is being steered by the directorate's senior management team and there are various ways that everyone can take part, from individual feedback through to task groups:

• Project Steering Group: Learning Resources Management Team (LRMT)
• Project Working Group: Helen Workman, Jan Haines & Dave Nolan
• Project Manager: Dave Nolan
• Project Task Groups: made up of Learning Resources staff and formed, as and when necessary, to deal with specific tasks
