Jay Dempster

Dr Jacqueline ('Jay') Dempster is an independent education and business consultant. She established Belanda Consulting: http://www.belanda-consulting.co.uk in 2007 after a long career in academic and professional development and e-learning at the University of Warwick. Jay’s areas of expertise include staff development, curriculum innovation, research-led teaching, e-learning, evaluation, institutional change management and personal coaching. She has been actively involved in a large number of innovative national initiatives and curriculum development projects and has published several papers and book chapters in the field of learning technology. She is currently the Evaluation consultant for JISC’s Business & Community Engagement and Developing Digital Literacies programmes, a lecturer in science communication and speaker in entrepreneurship.
