Roisin Donnelly

Roisin Donnelly previously worked as a lecturer and research officer in the Faculty of Informatics at the University of Ulster from 1992-1998, and subsequently moved to Australia where she was a research fellow and lecturer in the University of New South WalesSydney. She joined DIT in 1999, where in the LTTC, she is programme chair and year 2 co-ordinator for the MSc Applied eLearning and also tutors, supervises and examines on both the Postgraduate Diploma in Third Level Learning and Teaching and the MA in Higher Education. 

Roisin’s qualifications: BA Hons (QUB), MSc Computing (UUJ), Postgraduate Certificate in University Teaching (UUJ), MEd Professional Development (UUJ), EdD (QUB).

She has a wide range of publications to date reflecting her specialist teaching and research interests, including eLearning pedagogy & design, supporting virtual communities, blended learning models/strategies, active learning, curriculum design and ePortfolios/teaching portfolios, undergraduate supervision.
