David Langston
David shares responsibility for the provision of leadership and management development at Oxford Brookes and, in particular, has lead responsibility for the Senior Staff Development Programme. A member of the British Psychological Society and their Register of Competence in Occupational Testing, David is accredited to facilitate a range of profiling instruments and questionnaires. At Oxford Brookes, he frequently uses the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and 360° feedback in one-to-one coaching of people who are developing their leadership capabilities. He sits on the national steering group responsible for reviewing the National Occupational Standards for Leadership and Management and has designed and introduced a 360° questionnaire that is aligned to those standards.
