Rosemary Davies
Rosemary joined Brookes in January 2006 from the NHS, where she held a consultancy role giving advice on training and development matters, designing and delivering management development modules, one-to-one coaching, and managing specific projects. She also undertook a secondment within the NHS Corporate University, NHSU, working across 28 NHS Trusts in the Thames Valley to support the National Agenda and inflence and develop collaborative work with partner organisations.
At Brookes Rosemary's areas of special interest include, NLP, coaching, working closely with her link Directorates to support development alongside leading the University to achieving Investors in People Gold Award in 2011. She has recently led on a HEFCE funded project working with University of Northumbria, Newcastle Business School and UCL to produce an Evaluation Tool Kit for Staff Learning and Development in Higher Education.
Rosemary is the link staff developer for the Directorates of Estates and Facilities Management and Learning Resources. She also takes lead responsibility for Personal Development Review, (PDR), Investors in People across the University and the Brookes Mentoring Scheme.
Rosemary is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development an ILM qualified coach and an NLP Business Practitioner.
