Oxford Brookes University has become one of the first universities, as a whole, to be awarded the IiP Gold standard award.
IiP is a UK wide quality standard which shows commitment to the learning and development of the organisations employees and best practice in people management.

OCSLD representatives have overseen the university’s work towards achieving this outstanding IiP standard. The department worked with all faculties and directorates to achieve accreditation, using a 'building block approach'.
